Zayn Malik cosies up to Perrie Edwards as they continue to enjoy their romantic getaway in the wake of cheating rumours

They chose to take a make-or-break trip abroad to escape from the drama surrounding over the past few weeks.

And it appears the time away has been working wonders for Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards' relationship as they put on a loved-up display at Nice airport in the south of France.

Making their way out of their car and grabbing their luggage, 22-year-old Zayn was seen tenderly resting his hand on Perrie's back.

The Little Mix singer was sporting her preferred bohemian chic style as she wore wide-brim brown hat and round reflective sunglasses.

She showcased her slim figure and just a hint of flesh as she team a pale blue crop top with patterned high-waisted trousers.

Completing her look with flat shoes, she held on to her mobile phone and happily flashed her stunning engagement ring.

Meanwhile Zayn was dressed casually in a white top and black jeans, completing the look with sunglasses and a tiny man-bun.

Perrie has been relishing spending some quality time with her fiancé away from the furore over his decision to quit One Direction, which came just after he was alleged to have cheated on her in Thailand.

The talent singer looked happy and relaxed as she posed on the balcony of her private villa against a stunning coastline backdrop last week.

Perrie showed off her impeccable sense of style in a pair of high-waisted, 70s inspired flared jeans.

She dressed up the look with a tiny white crop top, which revealed just a hint of skin, and a wide-brimmed brown hat.

The 21-year-old beauty staged an impromptu photoshoot with Zayn behind the camera, showing off her tan after just a few days in the sun.

The couple seem to be having a blast during their relaxing holiday in the sunshine.

On Wednesday, besotted Perrie posted a picture of the pair kissing on Instagram, with the caption 'oui' - French for 'yes'.

Another snap, posted by Zayn's sister Walihya showed Zayn pointing at the camera, while Perrie posed with her tongue sticking out.

While the couple have kept their location firmly under wraps, eagle-eyed One Direction fans on Twitter and Instagram have pointed out the scenic backdrop looks like the Italian city of Perugia, while others have suggested it could be the South of France. 

The day before the pair had been seen flying out of the UK on a private jet - to have what many would call a 'make-or-break' holiday - and it looks like the pair have well and truly decided to stick together. 

The break comes shortly after Swedish model Martina Olsson urged Perrie to break off her engagement to after claiming she had an affair with Zayn in Thailand.

The 24-year-old told The Sun On Sunday's James Beale: 'Perrie should not stay with Zayn any longer because he has cheated on her and continues to lie about it. It is not the first time either, so maybe she will walk away.'

Meanwhile, Perrie, 21, and Zayn, 22, continue to put on a united front in the wake of the claims as they were pictured house hunting as they checked out a £2million house in Hertfordshire last week.

Reports in The Sunday Mirror suggest the pair are also hoping to press ahead with their wedding plans, after Zayn's proposal two years ago.

Olsson claimed that Zayn cheated on Perrie with her while One Direction toured in Thailand last week, telling her, 'I want you now.'

The club promoter insists that she bedded the former 1D star twice after partying together at the same nightclub where he was pictured holding hands with Essex Girl Lauren Richardson.

Speaking to The Sun On Sunday, Martina said: ‘He didn’t mention anything to me about having a fiancée. He was really flirtatious’.

She told the publication that she was dancing in Seduction nightclub on March 16 when she was picked out of the crowd by security guard Alberto Alvarez and invited to a VIP area where members of the band were partying.

The party then carried at the band’s villa where she began to flirt with Zayn – stressing that she did not know anything about him other than the fact he was the member of a boyband.

She claimed the star asked her to take a shower with him before one thing led to another.

Martina said: ‘Straight away when we were in the bathroom he started kissing me. He picked me up and said, “I want you now,” and carried me to the bed.’

Then next night saw her partying with the band at the nightclub again, but this time Zayn reportedly had his eye on Lauren Richardson as Martina claims that the pair disappeared for 30 minutes while at the band’s villa.

But she adds that she bedded the singer again after he paid for Lauren to leave in a taxi at 5am
