The 29-year-old Countdown star has been talking about her experiences on the show, adding she sometimes only slept for three hours a night.
She said: "I didn’t have a day off for four months, and sometimes got just three hours sleep. I went through so much Red Bull, just to concentrate.
"The fee was good, but if you look at the hourly rate, the time and emotional commitment and the effort, it was probably less so."
She added, in an interview with The Independent: "You wouldn’t do Strictly for the money."
